Animal Bite Marks
If there are new animal bite marks found in cabinets, the structure of the house, and food packaging, it could potentially mean that there are rats or mice living in your home. Newer bite marks will be lighter in color and the older bites marks will be dark in color.; The size of marks could also indicate if its rats, mice or some other rodent. Large gnaw marks will most likely produced by rats and small gnaw marks will be made by mice.
Animal Droppings
If you found droppings left on the floor and they don’t belong to your pets, it is an indication of your house has rodents roaming around. New dropping is dark and moist compared to old dropping which would look dried and very easy to fall apart if touched. If you found a large number of droppings in a certain area, that means the nest is probably in that area.
Abnormal Pet Activities
