- While spaying, provide adequate ventilation. If the insecticide requires an airless space, you should leave the room for a while to prevent breathing harmful substances.
- When applying insecticide in areas in your kitchen, remove foods and food containers before spraying; wait for a considerable amount of time before returning food products onto a sprayed shelf.
- Wash sprayed surfaces that are used in cooking.
